A fictional swap involves an allowance and a cross-chain route. Check the execution limits, delivery status and valuation assumptions.
Understand a DEX swap
A fictional swap quotes 200 units and sets a minimum output of 198. The execution would return 197.5. Assume the contract correctly enforces that minimum.
197.5 is below 198, so the minimum-output condition fails. The condition limits accepted execution; it does not guarantee inclusion or reimburse gas.
Bridges and cross-chain risk
A fictional source transfer is confirmed, but the destination message remains pending. The wallet displays a completed source transaction.
Source confirmation establishes only that stage. Check destination execution and the receiving balance before declaring completion or retrying.
Supply, FDV and token unlocks
A fictional token costs €2, has 10 million circulating units and a stated maximum of 50 million. Calculate current market cap and maximum-supply FDV at that unchanged price.
2 × 10 million = 20 million; 2 × 50 million = 100 million. These are valuations under a fixed-price assumption, not cash balances or forecasts.
